The Potential Squad is designed for swimmers who have demonstrated strong commitment, skill, and potential for competitive success.

This 1.5 hour training program focuses on refining stroke technique, improving endurance and speed, and developing race-specific skills. Swimmers will participate in structured training sessions that build confidence, teamwork, and a competitive mindset while preparing them for higher-performance squad levels and competitive events.
