The Pre Squad program is designed for young swimmers who have mastered the basic swimming skills and are ready to take the next step toward competitive swimming.

This 1.5 hour training session focuses on improving stroke technique, building endurance, enhancing water confidence, and developing discipline in a structured team environment. Swimmers will be introduced to advanced drills, fitness training, and the fundamentals of racing while preparing for progression into higher-level squad programs.
